This article offers a focused analytical study of Kulliyāt-eKhwāja Nūr-ul-Hasan Tārik Owaisi by examining its spiritual foundations, reformist vision, and literary characteristics. Khwāja Nūr-ul-Hasan Tārik Owaisi (1849–1929), a prominent figure of the Owaisi Sufi tradition and the spiritual guide of Chianḍpur Sharif, is presented not only as a revered saint but also as a poet whose verses emerge from lived spiritual experience. The study outlines his familial and genealogical background, the moral and spiritual environment of Chianḍpur Sharif, and the formative elements that shaped his humility, ethical orientation, and compassionate pedagogical method. Through close reading of selected Urdu and Punjabi texts from the 1956 edition of the Kulliyāt, supported by primary sources, the article highlights major themes including ʿishq-e-Rasūl صلى الله عليه وسلم, the doctrine of Nūr-eMuḥammadī, prophetic lineage, moral purification, selfaccountability, and the ethical teachings embedded in his Eid sermons. Special emphasis is placed on the sī ḥarfīs— particularly alif, dilbar, and ḍholā—as concise manuals of spiritual discipline. Stylistically, Tārik’s preference for simplicity, emotional sincerity, and idiomatic Punjabi expression is underscored. Overall, the article argues that the Kulliyāt transcends conventional poetic boundaries and stands as a coherent Sufi document reflecting a holistic system of spiritual training.
